With over 25 years of experience in leadership positions in marketing, technology, and strategy, across numerous industries and companies of all sizes, I specialize in understanding a company’s goals and matching them with proven business operating systems and strategic frameworks to fuel growth and increase cash.

In addition to being certified in Agile Leadership, Scrum (Scrum Master and Product Owner), and Lean Six Sigma, I have operational experience in EOS Traction, Scaling Up, and various strategic frameworks.

The foundation for my professional career was built at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, where I earned an honors degree in Management Information Systems and Business Administration.  After completing my degree, I started my career as a database developer in the marketing services industry where I was part of the design and development of large-scale information systems, including but not limited to, a lead management system, fulfillment and distribution system, and eCommerce processing system. From there my career progressed into IT project management.  In 2009, I moved my focus to digital strategy and growth marketing, where I helped companies like Life Time Fitness, Minnesota Timberwolves, U.S. Bank, Jostens, and Homes For Heroes create growth marketing strategies, digital experiences, and streamlined processes that both produced positive results for the business and enhanced the target customer's overall digital experience.

I have been interviewed and made appearances on TV, radio, podcasts, and live streams, and am an experienced speaker and panelist on various topics around digital strategy, growth marketing, management, and leadership. I have been blogging about strategy, marketing, technology, and process improvement topics since 2005.
